The Yoga & Polarity Center has formed a unique alliance. The Nassau Land Trust recently acquired Grossman's Farm and is using the land to promote the community concept of local farming through volunteerism. Renamed Crossroads Farm, this historic landmark is once again one of the only working farms and fresh produce stands in Nassau County. Through our partnership with Crossroads Farm, the Yoga & Polarity Center offers the opportunity to experience the joys of yoga while supporting this important community cause.
Proceeds from our new book club will also go to supporting Crossroads Farm.
Book Club
As our yoga community continues to grow, we would like to announce our new Monthly Book Club. The books discussed will be anything regarding yoga, yoga philosophy, spirituality, or any subject that will heighten our awareness, deepen our yoga practice on the mat, but more importantly, deepen our practice off the mats, bringing yoga into our everyday lives.
